Inspiration

I would like to share some of the stuff that inspires me !

I am obsessed with retro wall paper . Whenever I see a fabric that is similar to retro wallpaper I have to grab it . I am particularly inspired by the movie "A clockwork orange" and the wallpaper that can be found all over the main character's house here a a few examples .............

The living room ! Wow so funky . Pink on one side , blue swirls on the other and a glimse of the kitchen ( Bright checkered squares !)

I also Love op art and optical illusions . Mostly black and white but there are also quite a few coloured ones that are cool!

Cute alien puppets !

Have a look at Fugu Fashion's alien puppets which are available from the online shop or from the olive tree market in newcastle this weekend .I have been busy making lots of new ones so there will be heaps of them at the market . Each one is handmade and handpainted and every one has a different face .

New Fabrics

I have been busy making new Sachiko bags , kiyoko bags , natsuki wallets , ipod cases , natsuki clutches and bachiko purses from my new lovely fabrics .
My latest fabrics are bright colourful and very floral .(I dont know what it is but I am really drawn to florals they are so pretty ) .

Fugu Fashion at the Olive Tree Market

Fugu Fashion had a great day at the olive tree market in newcastle yesterday . The weather was awesome and the sun was shining .

The olive tree maket is by far the best market in Newcastle and the Hunter valley . The atmosphere is amazing and it is so great to be surrounded with so many talented artisans
